GROUP EXTENSIONS
Group extensions are generally used with Auto Attendants. For Example, “Thank you for calling XYZ Corporation. For Sales, please press ONE…” When a caller presses ONE, call can be routed to group of extensions either simultaneously or in order that you have defined.

AUTOMATIC CALL DISTRIBUTION
Incoming calls can be placed on Que. Organize employees, teams and departments into queues and callers will be routed to the next available company representative in the selected queue.

AUTO ATTENDANTS(IVR)
Auto Attendants allow you to set up a touchtone menu for your callers. For example, you can play a message to allow the caller to press 1 for the Sales department, 2 for the Support department, etc. You can also give callers the option to dial a direct extension.

Call Forward allows you forward all incoming calls to another phone number or extension. Our Call Forward feature also allows you to forward calls per extension and this is especially useful when you only want to forward calls coming in to one particular extension or group of extensions and not the entire company’s calls.

Leverage our FIND ME FOLLOW ME feature and never miss a call! — For example, when a call comes in, you can decide to ring your office phone first then your cell phone, then your home phone or your colleague’s phone (or all of them at once) to never miss a call. Of course if you choose to it can go to voice mail as well.

WORK FROM ANYWHERE
Your employees can be connected to full phone system functionality no matter where they are. They can work from home, another state or even overseas. All they need is Internet connection and either our soft phone application or IP phone and they can make and receive calls as if they were in the office.

BUSINESS HOURS AND OFF HOURS CALL ROUTING
Business Hour Rules allow you to set your company’s standard business hours, and then apply call routing rules based on whether the office is open or closed. For example during office hours you can choose to have calls ringing directly to extensions or route calls via Auto Attendant and during OFF HOURS, it can directly go to your general voicemail, specific voicemail, to your answering service or even to your cell phone or any other phone number.

INDIVIDUAL VOICEMAIL & VOICEMAIL TO EMAIL
Our Voicemail to email feature ensures that you never miss an important message again. All of your messages are automatically sent as .wav or .mp3 files to the email (one or multiple) of your choosing. Users can listen to a voicemail in their inbox, call the voicemail system with the extension and PIN, or listen to voicemail from the phone itself. We offer voicemail for users and groups of users. For example, you can choose common voicemail box for everyone in the company or per department. You can also choose an individual voicemail box for each person in the company.
