The Challenge

Existing set up with the traditional phone system only allowed us to take calls at the home office in New Jersey. Even the home based agents were not connected via agency’s main phone number. We had to maintain and pay for several phone numbers across USA for the home based employees. Clients had to call several different numbers to reach out to us. On top of the existing challenge now with the BPO unit overseas, it seemed impossible to do it within affordable budget and more importantly to manage it smoothly. Other concern was to have a solution that was scalable with the growth. We explored several options including Right On Voice.

The Results

With the new phone system in place, all of our employees are now just an extension away, we feel like we all are under one roof. Even our on­the­go employees are now able to take company calls through the mobile app or via softphone on the laptops. This has made a huge difference in our productivity and sales.
